21. Do we use standard classes or specified classifications?

We file using pre-approved classifications by EUIPO to prevent classification office actions and translation issues. With filing for specified pre-approved classifications, we can offer a flat rate fee including official fees and attorneys fees and complete follow up until registration with no extra costs.

Further additional costs can only occur because of the following actions:

1. Priority claims to be included.
2. Office actions we may receive regarding lack of distinctive character of the trademark filed.
3. Cease and desist letters and oppositions.
