16. Can a Community Trademark only be applied for by a company or also by a natural person?

Both a company or natural individual person can apply for registration of a Community Trademark. For a company the full company name is required (including state of corporation if applicable). For an individual person the full given name and family name are required for filing as well as the nationality of the individual.
