20. What are the costs of obtaining a Community Trademark Registration?

We handle a flat rate fee for a full standard Community Trademark Registration procedure without any office actions. See this link for
our full rate. As from May 1st, 2009 the Office has eliminated the registration fees in the second part of the procedure (the registration phase). This now means that as soon as the 3 month opposition period has passed without any oppositions filed by third parties, the European Trademark Office will proceed to registration. No further registration fees will be applicable, no official fees and also no attorney’s fees from our side.
